If you have a smaller garden or need that little extra storage space, this Shire pressure-treated overlap pent shed is a perfect choice. Well-designed with a compact structure, this shed is ideal for storing tools, lawnmowers, bikes and toys where a larger shed might not be suitable. Complete with double doors, these come with a hasp and staple catch so you can fit your own padlock in place as soon as possible. No windows also make this model a great choice if you want to keep the contents out of sight for additional privacy.

This Shire overlap shed's wall panels are manufactured from high-grade, slow-grown, FSC Certified timber. The timber has also been pressure-treated to enable a long life with minimum maintenance. Painting and staining the shed is possible for decoration if you want a more stand-out garden piece. The roof and floor of the Shire shed are manufactured from solid sheet OSB. As a Shire shed, it features strong 34mm square framing and is provided with a fixing kit, roof felt and installation instructions.

  • For accuracy, please refer to the metric sizes as the imperial measurements are rounded. Make allowances for the roof overhang and access around the outside during construction and subsequent treatment. After the order has been made, a link will be sent to you to choose a delivery day. Live tracking information will be received on the morning of the delivery day.
  • Base note:
  • Before assembly of the building, ensure the base is flat, level and square to a sufficient size, regardless of whether using concrete or paving slab base or on bearers. Soil, grass or gravel are not suitable as they will move with the weight of a building. The right base keeps the building level and stable, preventing excess strain on the panels that could lead to twisting and long-term damage. A level building also means the panels will fit squarely together to avoid gaps and ensure doors close correctly.
  • Timber note:
  • Pine is the most commonly used timber for garden buildings. Shire building construction uses high-quality spruce under strict FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) guidance. Spruce is more durable than pine, offering a higher-quality finish. The timber is slow-grown which enables a tighter grain, less sap and far fewer knots and warping occur. Slight splits or 'shakes' may sometimes occur in the timber. These are normal and will not affect the garden building's performance.
  • Delivery is restricted to mainland England and Wales. If you are unsure whether your postcode is excluded, please call us to confirm.
