Fabricated from recyclable polypropylene, this self-levelling adjustable decking pedestal from RynoDeck is compatible with all varieties of decking or floor joists with a height range from 150mm up to 210mm. With a wide supporting base easily spreading the decking load, this pedestal protects membranes from being pierced by the weight.
Positioned above the supporting base, is a height extension collar that enables build-ups in 100mm increments and an adjustable threaded section allows for more precise millimetre adjustment within the given range. With a self-levelling support head and ball and socket joint at the top, this adjustable pedestal can create a fully level system by correcting the levels up to 10.5% or 6°. The adaptable joist lugs on the self-levelling head assist with the variations of the bearer widths of up to 100mm. An interchangeable deck tile head can interchange with the bearer support head for placing decking tiles as a replacement for timber.
This decking pedestal does not require shims which means you don't have to worry about not having enough shims to finish your job, the amount of time taken to find your correct height adjustment is reduced and fewer parts are needed on site. Supporting up to 2100kg compression in a temperature range between -40°C and 120°C, this RynoDeck pedestal is resistant to mould, alkali, algae and bitumen.
