Perfect for use with an assortment of floor joists and decking, this self-levelling adjustable decking pedestal from the RynoDeck range can easily form height corrections that are 700mm and 800mm while eliminating the need for shims. The pedestal has a wide supporting base that reduces the chance of membranes getting pierced by evening out the load.
Equipped with a height extension collar that allows for 100mm build ups and a threaded section that creates precise adjustments down to the millimetre, this pedestal takes less time and requires less equipment than decking installations that utilise shims.
For perfect levelling, this pedestal also features a bearer support head with a ball and socket joint. In turn, you can create levelling corrections up to 10.5%, or 6°. The versatile joist lugs create differing bearer widths up to 100mm and the interchangeable deck tile head comes in handy for decking tiles as opposed to timber.
The recyclable polypropylene construction ensures commendable resistance to algae, bitumen, mould and alkali. With fantastic durability, the adjustable pedestals from Ryno can withstand temperatures that vary between -40°C to 120°C and up to 2100kg worth of compression.
